IMPORTANT: The vendors listed in this directory are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LRF Group. LRF Group does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, or legality of services provided by listed vendors.

All content, images, brochures, and materials uploaded by vendors are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor. LRF Group is not liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or legal issues arising from:

• Services provided by vendors
• Content uploaded by vendors
• Interactions between users and vendors
• Quality or accuracy of vendor information
• Any disputes between users and vendors

Users are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, verify credentials, check references, and obtain appropriate contracts before engaging any vendor listed in this directory.

3. Vendor Upload Policy

Vendors who subscribe to Premium listings agree to the following upload policies:

• Appropriate Content Only: All photos and brochures must be professional, work-related, and appropriate for a business directory.
• Prohibited Content: Vendors may not upload content that is explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, or violates any laws.
• Ownership Rights: Vendors must own or have proper rights to all uploaded content.
• Accurate Information: All business information, pricing, and service descriptions must be truthful and accurate.
• Professional Standards: Photos should showcase completed work, projects, or professional business operations.

LRF Group reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates these policies without refund.

4. Vendor Subscriptions

Vendor listings require a monthly subscription fee. By subscribing, vendors agree to:

• Automatic monthly recurring billing via Stripe
• Subscription continues until cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• LRF Group may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Listings may be removed for policy violations without refund

5. Content Approval

All vendor listings and uploaded content are subject to approval by LRF Group. We reserve the right to:

• Review all vendor submissions before publication
• Reject or remove listings that violate our policies
• Request modifications to content
• Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations

6. User Responsibilities

Users of this directory agree to:

• Verify vendor credentials independently
• Obtain proper contracts and agreements with vendors
• Report any inappropriate content or policy violations
• Use the directory for lawful purposes only

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LRF GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

LRF Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
